Shipping policy

General Information: Shipping times are expected to be longer during new product launches, holidays, and promotional events.

Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will begin processing on Monday and ship within 3-5 business days.

*Estimated shipping times are for reference only; actual shipping times depend on when you place your order. McLean shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or payment transactions.

Shipping address cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address you provided when placing your order.

Customs and Taxes

For customers in the USA, Canada, China, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Switzerland, and Japan:

We will cover import duties from the above countries. You will not receive an additional bill from the courier company. If you place your order within the customs territory of your country, you will not be required to pay import duties, but you may be required to pay VAT or local sales tax. For customers in Switzerland, the UK, and the USA, these fees are included at checkout.
